Comentários de clientes sobre City Car Rent

Klare Weiterempfehlung! ~ Jana S

Wanted to write this review since summer when I visited Madeira for the first time but just never got to it until now due to lack of time. But I knew I had to write this review at some point as it was my first experience ever renting a car abroad so I was super scared of scams or extra charges. I am so beyond happy that my fears did not come true and that this was the best car renting experience I could ever wish for. I got assisted in the best way and by the nicest people ever. And because Madeira is the most beautiful place I have ever seen in my life I'm for sure coming again and renting again and again from this place and suggesting it to everyone visiting. Fantastic cars, extraordinary communication, great prices!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS AMAZING EXPERIENCE ❤️ YOU ARE THE BEST !! ~ Stefania K

Ubezpieczenie all kolizyjne.co ważne bez kaucji i blokady kredytowej. Jeśli jest potrzeba można do-ubezpieczyć koła lusterka i szyby boczne extra 5 euro/dzień. Bardzo dobry mieliśmy kontakt i wsparcie. Ze swojej strony śmialo mogę polecić i polecam. ~ Marek B

Super location ~ Sophie A

Samochód był nowy i w świetnym stanie, dzięki czemu mogliśmy bez problemu zwiedzić wszystkie zaplanowane miejsca. Cały proces przebiegł sprawnie i bez stresu. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Molto professionali e a disposizione! ~ daniele p

~ Jakub M

Z całego serca polecam tę wypożyczalnię! Profesjonalna obsługa, szybki i bezproblemowy proces wynajmu. Samochód był w idealnym stanie – czysty, zadbany, gotowy do drogi. Wszystko przebiegło sprawnie i bez stresu, a kontakt z pracownikami był wzorowy – sympatyczni, pomocni. Jeśli jeszcze kiedyś będę potrzebować auta, na pewno wrócę! ~ Sabina

I had an excellent experience with this car rental company. The booking process was simple and straightforward, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were quick and hassle-free, which made our trip even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the transparency—no hidden fees or unexpected charges. Thanks to their reliable service, we were able to explore Madeira comfortably and without any stress. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy car rental service and will happily use them again in the future. ~ Intellwork

Excellent Car Rental Experience in Madeira! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We rented a blue Seat Ibiza during our stay and couldn't be happier with the service. Condition: The car was brand new, spotless, and drove perfectly. Price: Very affordable—definitely the best value for money we found. Communication: The team was professional, responsive, and made the whole process incredibly easy Special Service: A major highlight was the hotel pick-up for the return. Having them collect the car directly from our hotel was a fantastic convenience that made our last day stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free rental in Madeira ~ Denis M

Definitiv wieder! ~ wanda a

We recently rented a Group B car from City Car Rent, and the experience was hassle‑free from start to finish. The vehicle was spotlessly clean, well‑maintained, and drove smoothly throughout our trip. At just €40 per day—including comprehensive insurance and zero hidden fees—it was an unbeatable deal. The staff were friendly and professional and explained everything clearly. Drop‑off was just as smooth, with a quick inspection and zero surprises. Overall, City Car Rent delivers excellent value, transparent pricing, and top‑notch service. We would happily rent from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car rental without any shady add‑ons. ~ CA H

Minden gördülékenyen ment a foglalással, gyorsan válaszoltak. Később whatsupon tartottuk a kapcsolatot, de perceken belül jött válasz mindig. A kapott autó egy Opel Corsa volt, 1.2 turbo motorral, gond nélkül felvitt minket minden meredek úton, méretei szintén kiválóak voltak a néhol szűkös utakon. ~ Ildikó M

Excellent experience renting with City Car Rent for 8 days, pick-up and drop-off at Funchal Airport. Pricing was very competitive, and unlike most companies here, they didn't charge or hold any security deposit on our card, a big plus since we only had a debit card, not a credit card. Payment was simple: one single charge at drop-off, no hidden fees or surprises at the counter. Full insurance coverage was also priced very reasonably compared to other quotes we'd seen. They were responsive and helpful by phone whenever we needed support during the rental. Highly recommend if you want transparent pricing without deposit stress. ~ Cosmin V

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended! The team was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire rental process. Communication via WhatsApp was always quick and easy, which made everything very convenient. After a short request, they even came to our hotel to pick up the car, which was a service we really appreciated. The car was spotlessly clean, in excellent condition, and drove perfectly. Thanks to them, we were able to explore the beautiful island of Madeira without any hassle. Thank you for the outstanding service! I would definitely rent a car here again and highly recommend this company to anyone visiting Madeira. :) ~ Alexander R
